WHY TRUST THIS?

The week is evidence. Not a verdict.

I am John, a husband and a dad. Midlife Systems is the personal health system I am building on myself, in public, using simple data and AI-assisted reviews to notice what happened and decide what to change next. AI is a review tool, not the authority.

The point is not to watch me be impressive. It is to see the real loop: plan, disruption, feedback, repair, next week. A miss can reveal the first broken link. A rough week can improve the design.

FREE GUIDE

The fallback is what makes the plan real.

The fallback is not permission to care less. It is how you keep the direction when the ideal version no longer fits. The free guide helps you choose the health priority that keeps slipping, size it for a bad day and a normal week, attach it to a cue that already exists, and test it for seven days.

THE METHOD

Stop following a perfect plan. Start running an adaptive system.

The old measure was perfect adherence. The better measure is useful repetition, recovery and learning. The system underneath the quiz, worksheet and Reset is deliberately small enough to survive real life.

01

Start with the real week

Do not begin with the programme you could follow in an imaginary week. Begin with the sleep, work, family load and available time you actually have.

02

Find the first broken link

There are five reserves: Strength, Engine, Numbers, Fuel and Recovery. Find the one constraint limiting the next week instead of trying to improve all five at once.

03

Size it from your tired self

Set the Floor, Target and Ceiling in advance. Ask: what could I still complete twice during a tired, disrupted, inconvenient week?

04

Attach it to a cue that exists

Do not build new life infrastructure. Use a moment already in the day: after coffee, after brushing your teeth, before the shower or after the last call.

05

Build the fallback first

The fallback is not the weaker plan. It is the part that makes the plan resilient. Write the smaller version before the week gets messy.

06

Use the week as feedback

After seven days, choose KEEP, SHRINK or ADJUST. The review is not a verdict on your character. It is how the system learns.

START HERE

Choose the smallest useful next move.

If you are unsure where the week is thinnest, take the quiz. If you already know which health priority keeps slipping, use the worksheet. If turning it into a realistic 14-day plan would be easier with a second pair of eyes, use the Midlife Health Reset.

WORK WITH ME

Midlife Health Reset — AUD $250.

In one 60-minute working session, we identify what is breaking down, choose the three priorities that matter now and fit them into the week you actually have. You leave with a realistic 14-day plan, a bad-week backup and a clear restart rule.

You do not have to be motivated. You do not have to prepare. You do not have to change your week first. You bring the week you have actually got. That is the whole input.

  • Identify what is currently breaking down.
  • Choose the three priorities that matter now.
  • Fit those priorities into your actual week.
  • Set Floor, Target and Ceiling versions where useful.
  • Build a bad-week backup and an explicit restart rule.
  • Receive a concise one-page 14-Day Reset Plan.
  • One brief seven-day email check-in.

AUD $250 for the working session, written plan and seven-day email check-in.

You are paying for translation, not information. The work is turning what you already know into priorities, actions and fallbacks that fit your real week.

Plan-in-Hand Guarantee: if the session ends without a clear written 14-day plan you understand and believe is realistic, I will provide a short clarification session at no charge until the plan is complete.
